About Me

Army veteran and US Government spouse. Mother of two young girls.  Motivated worker with personal and professional interests in both family and the commercial fitness industry.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, hard worker.  I am currently studying for the ACE national exam for personal trainers and have previously taken the ACE study course at UAH.
